I'm a lucky husband! You know why? Besides being loved by a wonderful woman, she does such a wonderful job cooking, I thought I'd share a little about her good work with the world. I also love to collect her food. It provides me a history of all the sweet and memorable dishes she has put her heart into for the family. I also like to put places that interest me, mostly places in Virginia right now. There are also pictures of food, from other sources. I've been adding different items.

Avocado Toast
The other day, she made avocado toast. I liked it because i like guacamole, but the cracked pepper and sea salt put a nice crisp taste to it. Oh, I think it was some type of whole grain bread. That is such a good snack!
Thank you sweetheart and thank you for taking care of my parents and all of us this week, since they are visiting. :)

Onion Soup
I asked for onion soup and we got a chance to enjoy this. I don't know what else she put in it. No added sugar, but it was sweet and good. It took a little while to caramelize the onions, which I didn't know it took that long. She made me stir often.
Great food. Oh, vegan of course. The cheese was almond cheese... I believe.
And some pictures I was happy to get from the Back Bay Reserve.

Peaches and Napa Grapes
Thank you for the Napa Grapes! They are my favorite! The
peaches were also very good.

Tempura - On a nice Sunday afternoon - Delicious Sweetheart
Tempura is so delicious. It was really tasty today. I think that every time she makes it... it gets tastier. ;)
Well, it was fresh oil, and fresh vegetables. I feel so much better to have such delicious fresh food like this. Thank you Sweetheart. :)
