Cucumber and Kanpyo Maki, Sushi Rolls.
They were refreshing and I felt pretty light on my feet afterwards.
The cucumber roll is called kappa maki roll... I guess if you look up Kappa, you will see images of a cartoon that looks like the cucumber sushi. Hmmmm It was strange to me.
It was delicious.
