I'm a lucky husband! You know why? Besides being loved by a wonderful woman, she does such a wonderful job cooking, I thought I'd share a little about her good work with the world. I also love to collect her food. It provides me a history of all the sweet and memorable dishes she has put her heart into for the family. I also like to put places that interest me, mostly places in Virginia right now. There are also pictures of food, from other sources. I've been adding different items.

Forks Over Knives
Forks Over Knives, was a very interesting movie (documentary). If you are worried about your health or would like to learn more about eating styles that reduce the amount of meats and animal products this show is for you.
I seen parts of it, but later I watched the whole thing through. There are many points that they bring up, but I can't speak for the show, so I will not highlight anything here.
If you have seen it, please add your opinion below. I'm curious to see how others view this movie.

Cary's Maple Syrup
I don't consume syrup often, but when we do, its usually pure maple syrup. I really notice a big difference between pure maple and regular corn syrup like Aunt Jemima's or other leading "fake" syrup. It's a huge difference. Maple syrup is more expensive, but if you eat it as rare as I do, it balances out.
If you have syrup everyday, used as a 'pancake swimming pool', spilling over onto the floor, throwing the 'extra' away, or whatever, of course, you might want to use corn syrup (which will slowly kill you). :)
Cary's - Delicious.
Oh, I don't really get the eggs or bacon anymore though. :)
Always in the mood for berries.
