I'm a lucky husband! You know why? Besides being loved by a wonderful woman, she does such a wonderful job cooking, I thought I'd share a little about her good work with the world. I also love to collect her food. It provides me a history of all the sweet and memorable dishes she has put her heart into for the family.
I also like to put places that interest me, mostly places in Virginia right now. There are also pictures of food, from other sources. I've been adding different items.

Sticky Beans Natto
Natto.
One of my favorites. A nice sticky bean that gives the rice a nice flavor. Some folks don't like this, but it reminds me of okra. :)
