On the ship, we have Midrats. Midnight rations. Usually, it's for personnel working late and standing watches. It's our lunch essentially. Tonight we had pizza and corn. There was other things on the line, but I don't remember them... the steak was not bad. Sometimes we get a nice cut. The pizza is usually store bought, and then they bake them in the oven for us. Not too bad.
The people you eat with is what makes this food somewhat.... festive. :)
